The detailed layout makes full use of the space beside the house and conservatory while maintaining clear routes through the garden.

FROM DECKING TO FINISHED GARDEN

The complete build.

01

Remove the rotten decking

The old timber decking and steps were stripped out so the replacement patio could be built properly.

02

Rebuild the levels

The garden was relevelled so the paving, paths and lawn worked naturally around the stone house and established boundaries.

03

Lay Fossil Mint sandstone

Fossil Mint Indian sandstone was installed across the terrace, paths and seating areas, with detailed cuts around the property.

04

Prepare and returf

The lawn area was prepared and finished with fresh roll-on turf, completing the garden from the patio to the boundary.
