Information we collect

When you request a quotation or contact us, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, project details and any photographs or measurements you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss or quote for the requested work, arrange site visits, deliver agreed services and keep appropriate business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Our lawful basis

We normally process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, or because we have a legitimate interest in responding to customers and running the business.

Website forms and other services

Website enquiries are processed using Formspree and delivered to our business email. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own privacy terms. Our website host may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Analytics and cookie choices

Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after you accept analytics. They help us understand page visits, successful form submissions, and clicks on phone and WhatsApp links. A click does not confirm a completed call or message. We do not send your form answers, contact details or WhatsApp message text to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Google processes technical usage information under its privacy policy.

Your cookie choice is stored in this browser for up to six months. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after six months, renewed with use. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing stops future tracking in this browser and removes our Analytics cookies, but does not erase data already collected.

After you accept analytics, we also use recognised source labels such as Google, Facebook and our Google Business Profile link to understand where visits come from. Recognised source labels are kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes after consent so they follow your visit between pages. Arbitrary query-string values and your enquiry answers are not sent to Analytics.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and customer records only for as long as reasonably needed for quotations, projects, guarantees, accounting, legal obligations and handling any later questions.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your personal information, request corrections or deletion where applicable, restrict or object to certain processing, or make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
